You choose a new or reused carpet on Orak's e-commerce platform and define the layout that best matches the atmosphere you want. Your choice will be facilitated by the concept designer who accompanies us in our approach.

All the products offered in the OPTIMAL-KARPET offer are eco-designed or reused. They have the technical characteristics necessary for future reuse or recycling. Textile tiles are manufactured by the biggest brands – Balsan, Interface, IVC, Milliken, Modulyss, Shaw Contract.

Your carpet is installed by carpet-making partners, laying without glue will be preferred. It has the advantages of limiting waste and volatile organic compounds, and preserving the condition of the support and the underlayer. Removal will be simplified during future removal. The value of the raised access floor is thus preserved and for cement floors there will be no more patching between two layings.

“MAINTENANCE: REGULAR MAINTENANCE GUARANTEES THE DURABILITY OF THE PRODUCT”

Before you move in, the Orak “Texticians” ensure that your carpet is perfectly clean. When the premises are in operation, our maintenance contract is deployed to guarantee you clean carpets all year round. This key step doubles the life of the product.

Stain removal and cleaning operations take place throughout the year, adapting to your use. The passages can be more or less frequent and they evolve according to your needs. Unnecessary carpet tile changes and visual degradation of the floor are thus avoided. Your textile floor retains an impeccable and welcoming appearance all year round.

In case of emergency, you have at your disposal an ORAKORNER (optional). This easy-to-use tool allows your cleaning company to act quickly and efficiently.

“THE END OF USE, AFTER THE FIRST USE OF 40 TO 80% OF THE SLABS WILL HAVE A SECOND LIFE”.

In the event of a change of premises or textile floor, at Orak we take care of the removal and end-of-life management of your textile floor, for reuse or recycling. Slabs in good condition are bought back by Orak or reused in your future premises, on a secondary site or in the spaces of another client. The damaged parts are sent back to the factory to generate new carpet tiles or to be energy recovered. The textile tiles are therefore fully exploited until their end of life at the factory.

“OUR PRICES FOR PURCHASE OR LONG-TERM RENTAL”

At Orak you can buy or rent your textile floor.

The rates include the supply of the carpet and at least 2 years of maintenance at the rate of at least one passage per year. For rental, the maintenance program is fixed over the duration of the rental from 1 to 6 years. For more rental information contact us
